So, here we are. You've got Simply Discover ready to go, but now you need to configure us to read your Mimecat Archive data. Fear not. We will walk you through the process. It's worthy of note, that this article will walk you through configuring the (rather obviously) Mimecast API V1.0 API. From version 1.0.1 of Simply Discover, we will only be supporting Mimecast API v2.0, and you can find that article HERE.
Anyway, this isn't a recipe page, so we won't hold out any longer. Here's what we need you to do. First log in to your Mimecast Admin console using an account that has Super Admin rights and click into the Admin portal.
Once you are in the Admin Console, follow these simple steps.
Click Services.
Click API and Platform Integrations.
You'll see the Mimecast API 1.0 box, click Generate Keys for that API.
Nearly done. Now complete the form with information like this and click Next.
